Member's Direct Deposit

Gambler First Nation is preparing for the 2026 Annual Per Capita Distributions, and the Finance Department is requesting that all Members submit the Revised Direct Deposit Information Form to ensure payments are issued accurately and on time.

✅ Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026

⚠️ Please note: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but all previously submitted Direct Deposit forms must be resubmitted using the Revised version, which now includes the required box for Member's Status Number.

The Revised Direct Deposit Form can be accessed through:

• The Gambler Member Login Portal on the GFN website (Member Resources → Trust Tab)

• The Gambler First Nation Mobile App (Documents section for registered users)
